The 3rd floor of the McKim building (the older part) at the Boston Public Library is like a crazy, wonderous maze. I was there looking for an exhibit of miniature books (which was amazing but ends Sept 2nd) and on the way I stumbled upon a display of marionettes, a room filled with pro-war propaganda posters from WWII, a hall of gilded murals, and a room filled with random dioramas - the library truly is a place filled with treasures.
