About 15 miles one way. Goes all the way to Bristol, RI from East Providence, RI. (I heard that it might connect from India Point Park eventually, but not sure.) Great view of the bay from the EP end. Almost no inclines. Fun for a day activity and/or to get some exercise. It's really not that bad to do the whole thing there and back, just take breaks!

Access can be easily gained from Colt State Park, Haines Memorial State Park, or Veteran's Memorial Parkway (exit 4 off 195 east). Alternative access can be gained at any one of 49 intersections from Providence to Bristol.

The East bay Bike path used to be a beautiful thing but as like everything else people have to ruin it. It is supposed to be for a RELAXING bike ride but all you get is speeding bikers that come up behind you and yell ON YOUR LEFT, which can be quite annoying, I am afraid to walk my child on this bike path for fear of getting run over. If you want a relaxing bike path that has a lot of things to see try the Blackstone Valley Bike Path in Lincoln, where people have plenty of room since it is wider, and the people are not on hyperdrive and yelling on your left. The people are friendlier and agree that East Providence has some of the most hyper bikers in the state. On the Blackstone Valley Bike Path there are waterfalls to see wildlife and much more. And it is safer for you if your walking your child.
